DESCRIPTION:37th Annual Student Juried Exhibition. Stetson students of any major\, graduate or undergraduate\, can submit up to 5 artworks of any medium for consideration by guest juror Carly Gibran. Awards and cash prizes available for participating artists! \n\n\n\nSubmissions accepted from May 1 to August 29 \n\n\n\n\n\nNote: submissions must be ready to hang. The Hand Art Center does not print\, mat\, nor frame student artwork. \n\n\n\nExhibition on view October 15 to November 21. Reception on October 15\, 6-8 pm\, Awards at 7:30 pm.

DESCRIPTION:Exhibit Location: Oscar Bluemner Gallery\, Hand Art Center \n\n\n\nParking: A dedicated parking lot is available on E. Arizona\, off of Amelia Ave. If you have trouble finding the museum\, please call 386-822-7270. \n\n\n\nThis event is associated with Postcards from my Travels: A ~Bluemner Kids~ Exhibit \n\n\n\n\nIn this free program\, guardians and babies are invited to enjoy the museum before we open to the general public. Older siblings are welcome too since our self-guided art stations will remain accessible during this event. \n\n\n\nEvent Activities: \n\n\n\n\nConnect with other participants\n\n\n\nMusic and movement\n\n\n\nStaff-assisted craft project\n\n\n\nFree play with rattles and blocks \n\n\n\nBaby Gallery Walk: take your baby on a calming tour of our adjacent exhibit\, Floria Artists Group – Area V. At the infant stage\, colors and textures are interesting and stimulating.
